Now, let me help you with your question. The submission might have been accidentally deleted. You can check your trashed entries in order to recover the submission that has been lost. Let me show you how:

1. In your Tables page, click on the Three Dot icon.
2. Select Trashed Entries, and click on Select All.
3. Click on Restore.
