Error en formularios

Estamos teniendo problemas en todos los formularios, entiendo que se debe a un error en el servicio, ¿verdad?

En caso de no ser así, por favor, necesitaría me indicaran cómo proceder.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, can you please specify the issue you're having, is it the images not being loaded? Can you also share the link to the form in the screenshot?
