No verification code received for email validation

Estimados, buenas tardes.

Tenemos inconvenientes con un cliente que no puede verificar sus mails en los formularios que tenemos creados en Jotform.

Al intentar hacer la verificación de mail, le queda la pantalla cargando y nunca llega el mail con el código de verificación (adjunto print de pantalla):

Ellos nos proporcionaron un listado de IPs por donde les llega el trafico via internet desde sus proxy servers en USA. Nos podrían indicar si dichos IPs están en lista blanca de Jotform?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Ask the user to use a different browser or device. Or try to connect to a different internet connection/ISP. Also let us know the URL of the form they're having issues with, so we can check it. This page will show you how to get your form's URL.

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish.
2. Click the Copy Link button.

El cliente tiene inconvenientes para enviar cualquier formulario de Jotform que tenga el verificador de mail, como por ejemplo los dos siguientes:

Ya intentó hacerlo con otro navegador pero el inconveniente persiste.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I cloned and tested one of the forms you shared and was not able to replicate the issue. I was able to receive the verification code.

Is the issue happening on a specific client only? They need to ensure if their browser has any pop-up blockers enabled that affected the widget's functionality. We do not block IP address or domains. It's usually the other way around, some email providers block Jotform or user's would specifically block Jotform. They may refer to this link for whitelisting Jotform IP addresses and domains.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Please advise them to clear their web browser's cache.
