Hi agilescaasa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are unavailable at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. It appears that you've already set up the Time field in the form where it captures the time when the photo was uploaded.
You can also use the Date Picker element to use it as a Time Stamp when the form is submitted which I believe is pretty close to when the files were uploaded in the form.
- In the Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
- Under the Basic tab, click or drag and drop the Date Picker element. Rename it as you wish.
- Click on the gear icon to open Properties.
- Click on the Options tab and set the Default Time to Current.
- Turn off the Validate Lite Mode Date
- Go to the Time tab and enable it. Choose the format you prefer.
- Set the Default Time to Current.
- Go to the Advanced tab to hide the field so it will only be visible to you.
