Payment is being declined by their bank as fraud.

    Hola!

    Tengo problemas con mis clientes cuando van a realizar el pago por medio de tarjeta debito o creditoya que el banco les rechaza el pago como fraude.

    Tenemos vinculada la aplicación a esta plataforma a Square, esta falla se nos ha presentado constantemente la última semana y hemos perdido ventas por dicha falla ya que los clientes no tienen confianza en pagar porque el banco dice que es posible cobro fraudulento.

    Esperamos una respuesta rápida y oportuna, para continuar trabajando con el sistema de ustedes de otra forma tendremos que buscar alternativas.

Unfortunately, we have no control over how the bank determines suspicious transactions. Only the account holder can contact their bank to confirm that the transaction is legitimate. Sometimes the bank will deny a charge for a questionable transaction because the recipient is unknown, such as: This is your client's first transaction using Jotform forms. Because this is their first encounter with this type of transaction, they usually decline it and wait for the bank owner's call to ensure that it is legitimate.
