Integracion jotform sign con hubspot

Hola he configurado la integracion con hubspot en un documento para firmar, pense que cuando fuera a hubspot veria un registro en las actividades del cliente o el documento firmado en algun panel en hubspot, pero no logro encontrar nada, la pregunta es: como funciona esta integracion, tienes documentacion al respecto, como veo el documento firmado por el cliente o al menos un registro de que el cliente firmo en documento en su ficha de hubspot ??
