Phone is Showing Blank in Mobile View

    Buenas tardes!!



    Tengo un problema con 1 de mis formularios ya que no lo podemos abrir en dispositivos moviles (telefonos y tablets), creimos que era un problema por que lo tenemos con contraseña pero no es eso...al momento que ponen la contraseña no les carga la informacion y solo les aparece pantalla en blanco y nuestros clientes no pueden acceder a llenar la informacion que solicitamos y mandarla en tiempo y forma.



    Necesito que nos ayuden ya que ese formulario lo usamos para el trabajo y nos urgen la informacion de los pacientes.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. ​​I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Thanks for waiting patiently. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'm going to reply to you in English, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    About the issue you've mentioned, I've tried to open it in mobile devices, and I had no issues. Everything was working perfectly as seen on the screencast below:

    The issue could be temporary. Can you try again on another browser? If the issue persists you can share screen recordings. It will be helpful for us to understand. To do that, you can use Loom.

    Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.

    Thank you! It is fixed now.... tried a few times on different devices and now is working!
