How do I customize the save and continue later flow?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

When using the save button for Save and Continue Enabled forms, there will be a prompt that will ask the user to sign up for a Jotform account to save the draft and link it on their account. This part can be skipped so users can receive their draft form on their email address. Unfortunately, this process can't be customized yet. Here's a screenshot below of how it works and how to skip the account creation:
