How to lift suspension on the account

Hola, cree un formulario de nombre "formulario", y me dice que esta deshabilitado. Pero lo raro es que estoy probando la vista previa. Ni siquiera el link.

Revise y esta habilitado y no tiene limite de accesos. Me pueden ayudar?

When I checked your account, it seems that all 3 of your forms has a field asking for a password. Please note this is not allowed according to the Terms. Before we can reactivate the form, we would need to delete the affected fields. Please get back to us with your confirmation.

hola, les doy el ok para eliminar los campos afectados y asi poder entrar ala cuenta.

a proposito, les pregunto, porque estoy muy interesado en avanzar con el servicio "plata", pero me interesa ese widget de tener contraseña, asi le podria dar a varias personas un acceso clave con el cual accedder. En caso de pagar el servicio "plata", tambien puedo tener problemas con el phishing y que deshabiliten mi formulario?

Thanks for getting back to us. I deleted the affected field and lifted the suspension on your account. Upgrading to a paid plan is not a guarantee that the account will not be suspended. You can checkout the Terms of use here. We strongly recommended not adding a field asking for a password to avoid any future suspension on the account.

Is it possible that Jotform has blocked my account?

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account and it seems that you account is suspended because the form Orden de Pedidos was flagged for possible copyright because of the logo. We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms.

• Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
