Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the Payment Submissions limit? If so, I checked your account and found that you are on the Silver plan. The Payment Submissions limit is the total number of valid and completed payments, from all your forms with payment integration, your account can receive every month. For the Silver plan, you get 250 payment submissions per month. When I checked further, your Payment Submissions is currently at 0/250.

If you're referring to the Submissions Limit, you currently have 1,025/2,500 for this month. The Submissions Limit is the total number of entries, from all your forms, your account can receive every month. 

Finally, the Submission Storage is the maximum number of entries, from all your forms, you can keep in your account. This can also be freed by purging form entries. Currently, your Submission Storage usage is 2,025/25,000. You can check out this guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

Gracias por contactarnos nuevamente.  Al alcanzar el límite de envíos mensuales, tu no cuenta no será desactivada pero tus formularios se deshabilitarán. Recuerda que todos los límites mensuales se renuevan el primero de cada mes. Si necesitas recibir más envíos puedes aumentar tus límites al completar distintas clases de tareas. Por ejemplo, puedes obtener 10 envíos extra al mes al invitar amigos a que se unan a Jotform o 50 envíos extra al mes si publicas un blog acerca de nuestra plataforma. Otra alternativa sería actualizar tu cuenta a un plan superior, en tu caso al plan Oro, el cual cuenta con un límite de envíos mensuales de 10,000 respuestas.
