Formulario inhabilitado

Buenas noches, soy nueva en esta plataforma, el dia de hoy cree mi primer formulario, sin embargo al momento de compartirlo me aparece que no fue encontrado y que esta inhabilitado, podrían ayudarme?

Thanks for your support, I thought that anyone can just register on this platform and just create a form, We are an entrepreneur music academy located in venezuela and we were exploring another options different than Google forms to control our students registration

I wondered if anyone could easily sign up on this website and make a form. Our music academy, run by entrepreneurs in California, was looking for different options besides Google Forms to handle our student registrations.
