Inquiry for plan pricing and their limits

    Buenas tardes, me gustaria saber cuanto vale cada plan, en que consisten y en que se diferencian. Adicional a esto me gustaria saber que significa eso de el limite de formularios y como funciona, tambien me gustaria ver y entender lo de visitas, almacenamientos, pagos y firmas que aparecen en la pagina de acuerdo al plan que uno escoja.

    Now, let me help you with your question. You can check out the plans and their prices and features available on the Pricing Page. Please be informed that all the features and integrations are available in our Starter Plan, except there are limitations set to them. HIPAA compliance is also an exception as it is only available for Gold and Enterprise Members only. Let me explain to you the features with the limitations available in Jotform:

    There are two different types of limits, its either monthly or total. Monthly limits mean the maximum number of times you can use a feature every month. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset which happens on the first day of each month, or upgrade your account to increase your limits. These are the following:

    • Monthly Submissions The total number of entries, from all your forms, your account can receive every month.
    • Monthly Form Views - The total number of times, account-wide, your forms can be viewed. 
    • Monthly Payment Submissions - The total number of valid and completed payments, from all your forms with payment integration, your account can receive every month.
    • Monthly Signed Documents - The total number of signing processes completed, from all your Sign documents, your account can have every month.

    The total usage limit is the allowed space or number of an item your account can use. Unlike its monthly counterpart, this usage limit type doesn’t reset and has to be managed manually. You can also upgrade your account to increase limits.

    • Form Limit - The maximum number of forms that can be active in your account.
    • Fields per Form -  The maximum number of elements and/or widgets allowed on a form.
    • Upload Space - The available disk space you can use, account-wide, for storing files uploaded on your forms. 
    • Total Submission Storage - Not to be confused with the monthly submission limit. Submission Storage is the maximum number of entries, from all your forms, you can keep in your account.
