Is there an option to be assisted with issues through virtual meeting?

    Buen día estimados, deseo comentar que los inconvenientes que hemos indicado persisten secuencialmente, por lo cual deseamos una reunión virtual con algún agente de su plataforma, con el fin de brindar apoyo con los inconvenientes y/o nos enseñen los posibles errores que quizá sean de nuestra parte.

    De antemano por su atención muy agradecido.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help. Also, our Chat Support available 24/7 as long as there is an available chat support agent to assist you. You should see the Live Chatbox when you open the main Jotform page, however, if it's not there then it means there is high traffic and the live chat is closed.

    I understand how difficult and stressful this is. Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for it. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
