Problemas al adjuntar archivos

    Hola buen día

    Solicito de su amable colaboración, debido a que en uno de nuestros formularios, cuento con campos para adjuntar documentos, pero me viene pasando muy seguido que:

    • Al adjuntar documentos, el formulario se limpia automaticamente y se borran los campos ya diligenciados (No pasa en todos los casos)
    • Al adjuntar documentos no terminan subiendo al campo (no contamos con limite de tamaño para los documentos)
    • Se adjuntan los documentos y se diligencian los campos pero no se puede enviar el archivo ya que detecta error en un campo que tampoco muestra

    Quisiera saber el porque de estos eventos ya que es algo que genera molestias al diligenciar el formulario.

    Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to I was able to attach PDF and images on the File Upload field. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Since there are no errors reflected, we're unable to look into it further. If you want your users to submit the form with the attached documents, you can make the File Upload required. Could you also let us know which of the attached files are failing to submit? I have also tried to clear your form caches to see if it fixes the issue. If it still persists, can we send a test submission on your live form? This will help us look into this further.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
