El botón "DESCARGAR PDF" no me funciona,

el segundo boton "DESCARGAR TODO" si me funciona.

¿Cómo compartir la vista "ORIGINAL PDF" con un link?

I can confirm that this is not possible with the original PDF since there is no option to share it. The only way to let the user view and download the original form is by enabling the preview PDF button at the end of your form option. As I can see this is already applied to your form:
