Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Currently, we are having issue with our server, due to which the form is not getting submitted. That is the reason your submission might not be going to your Google sheet.

Our Developer Team is aware of the problem, and they are working on it right now. As soon as we hear back from them, we’ll update you here on this thread.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. The issue seems to be resolved from our end. Can you please go ahead and do a test submission in your form to see if the issue still persists on your end or not?

As a precautionary measure, I have also cleared your account cache from the backend, which resolves cache related issues. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
