Upload storage reached limit

el espacio de almacenaje en version gratuita es de 100MB y los tengo todos disponibles y no puedo usar mis formularios

Lo tenia lleno pero ya vacie el espacio usado

I recalculated your form submissions and cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions. Your Upload Space went down to 0 MB out of 100 MB. You can also perform clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on how to clear your form cache. I suggest clearing the cache and cookies of the browser that you are using most of the time. Below are the guides on how you can do it:

• Clear Cache – Google Chrome
• Clear Cache – Mozilla Firefox
• Clear History – Safari

Thanks for getting back to Jotform Support. As per checking your account reached the upload storage limit again. I've recalculated the form submission and cleared the cache of your forms. The upload storage used went down to 2.97 MB.
