Buenas tardes, por medio de la presente les doy a conocer el inconveniente que me genero hoy al ingresar un formulario, no me permite el acceso y me sale que me he quedado sin cuota de carga, no se ha que se debe esto, recién realice el pago del plan el 27 de Abril, por favor su ayuda y me indiquen si es alguna otra cosa que debo hacer en la plataforma para que me expliquen por favor.

Now, I'll help you with your question. I have checked your account and I can see here that you have reached the limit for the upload space. I have re-calculated the upload space and it still shows 4.24 GB / 1 GB. In this case, you need to delete some of your submissions to free up some space. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to My Forms and select the form you want to delete.
2. Select Submissions at the top of the page to open Jotform Tables.3. Choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column of the table.
4. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
5. In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash.
Please note that once you deleted the submission, it will go straight to your trash entry. This means that it still accumulates space. So, you need to permanently delete it. Follow the steps below:1. Click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon.
2. Select the Trashed entries option.3. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
4. Click the Delete Forever button.
5. Finally, click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.Please check out our full guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data.
