Funcionalidad botones tablas de jotform

Quisiera saber si existe alguna manera de automatizar los siguientes pasos de mi formulario:

Cree un formulario donde registran información y envia notificación, esto llega a una tabla de jotform

Una vez se registra el administrador puede aprobar o rechazar cada fila (Lo hicimos de esta manera ya que requerian ver los datos en un mismo panel y en este mismo se puede rechazar o aprobar)

Los dos botones envian notificacion, pero tenemos un problema y es que los dos botones se activan,

• Como podemos bloquear que si en la fila oprimieron el botón rechazar no se active el aprobado y lo mismo si se aprueba no active el rechazado
• Otra solicitud es q la columna motivo rechazo solo se active si se oprime el boton rechazado
• Otra opcion que vemos es que si se aprueba o rechaza se marque la estrellita o se pinte de otro color
• Otro problema que vemos es que si ya se aprobo o rechazo pero me ubico nuevamente en la casilla me permite nuevamente aprobar o rechazar
