tengo un agente creado y me gustaria que capte el nombre y apellidos de la persona con la que conversa, pero no en formulario, sino que le pregunte, de modo que despues en el aviso no me llegue como anonimo

If this is the case, you can create an action and ask your agent to collect the full name of the user. It is really easy to create an action, let me show you how:

In AI Agent builder, select Train at the top.

In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Actions.

Set your action as below image:

Ok, me sirvio, pero al preguntar el nombre y apelido dejo de ponerle las opciones de botones que yo le sugeria al alumno, y creo la accion, pero no lo hace bien, es decir, primero creo una accion, preguntar nombre y apellidos, luego quiero que le muestre opciones una vez que el cliente facilita su nombre, pero ahi el agente IA le dice, has completado la tarea necesitas algo mas, yo simulando le digo si, peor no me muestra las opciones creadas,, no se. es complicado.
