¿Cómo agregar un botón de correo electrónico en las tablas de envío?

Lo que se hace con esta Tabla es que una persona lleve el control de un registro, entonces si faltan algunos campos por llenar con datos que sólo tiene una persona específica, se les debe solicitar por medio de un correo que proporcionen la información correspondiente, pero no necesito que tengan acceso a la tabla, sino sólo enviarles un aviso.

Es posible tener alguna columna con un desplegable que contenga los nombre de estas personas en específico y que al darle clic a ese nombre se le envíe un correo?

Porque tengo entendido que existe el botón para notificar donde envía un correo de notificación con datos de la tabla pero este correo se envía a varios correos a la vez y no quiero que se le envíe a todos sino sólo a una persona en específico pero que esta opción esté en una sola columna.

Now, coming back to your question, you can easily send submission details by adding an Email Button to your Jotform Table. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and click on the Buttons tab.
2. Now, select Send Email, click on Next, and enter a column name, then click on Next again.
3. Select the email you want, or click on the Create an Email button to set up a new one as needed.
4. Then, click on the Create Column button, and you're done.

Now, when you click the Send Email button, the email you configured will be sent, similar to the example below:
