Envios erroneos en dos formularios

Buenos días,

He creado varios formularios similares de diversas instalaciones deportivas para el control de la legionela, clonando unos y otros por su similitud. El caso es que cuando me envían el formulario que se llama "Control legionela Gran Vía" mediante el enlace proporcionado, los reportes llegan como "Control legionela Pablo Herrera". Esto también ocurre con "Control legionela San Agustín y San Marcos". El resto funciona bien.

Cuando abro cada enlace y lo relleno en mi ordenador, el reporte llega correctamente, pero cuando lo hace otra persona desde otro dispositivo, vuelve a añadir el reporte como "Control legionela Pablo Herrera"

He conseguido averiguar que es lo que ocurre.

El email recordatorio que se envía todos los días para que lo rellenen, apunta a "Control Legionela Pablo Herrera", y no hay manera de cambiar el enlace

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your Control Legionela Pablo Herrera Form and can't find the reminder email. Are you referring to the Notification Email that is being sent to 3 recipients for every submission? If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Also, I can't see the screenshot you shared. Can you take a screenshot again of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
