Hola, ya tengo mi agente AI entrenado, antes de conectar jotform con whatsapp quería consulta que si al después de la integración podría usar whatsapp de manera normal.

Now, coming back to your question, yes, after integrating WhatsApp to your AI agent, you can still use WhatsApp normally. The integration allows you to send form responses or notifications through WhatsApp, but it does not restrict your ability to use the app for personal or other communications. Also, to connect your WhatsApp to your AI Agent, you need to have a WhatsApp business account that's connected to your Facebook account for it to work. You can find more details here.
