Hi Miguel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. Yes, it is possible to pass data from one Input Table to another using conditions. Let me show you how:
- In your Smart PDF Forms, click on the Settings tab in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Conditions tab on the left side of the page.
- Click the Update/Calculate Field in the condition list.
- Set the condition like you see below and it on Save.
You can repeat these steps for other columns in your Input Table. Check out the screencast below to see how to select each column for both tables:
You can also check out this guide on How to Pass a Field Value to Another Field.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Miguel,
I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Miguel,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly transfer data from an input table in one form to another input table in a different form. However, a workaround is available: you can use Form Calculation widgets for each cell in the input table and pass the values via URL parameters when redirecting to the second form from the Thank-you page, but this method only applies to text box fields as you can see here.
Reach out again if there's anything else we can help you with.

hello,
thank you very much for the support.
I achieved it by doing the first part just as you indicated.
When passing it to the 2nd form, use the conditions: Update/calculate field and manage to paste the field that brings the data from form 1 to the input table (form 2).
thank you very much for the support 100 :)
