Muchas gracias,
Saludos

Hi Maximiliano,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
In the meantime, let us know if you need any other help.

Hi Maximiliano,
I checked your form, and it looks like you're already using the Spreadsheet widget, which is a great way to achieve the setup you described. If you're looking to allow users to select predefined options while also having blank spaces for additional entries, you can pre-fill certain cells with default values and leave others blank for customization.
If you prefer not to use the Spreadsheet widget, another option is to use the Input Table element. You can set predefined options in a dropdown or radio button format for certain rows and leave other rows as text fields for users to enter custom options. Here’s how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Add an Input Table element to your form.
- In the Input Table element, click on the gear icon to open Input Table Properties window.
- In the Input Table Properties window, click on the Fields tab.
- In the Fields tab, click on the Textbox option.
- Scroll down and look for Rows then map the fields based on the image.
- Scroll down and look for Columns then map the fields based on the image.
Here's the sample output:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Jefferson,
How are you?
Thanks for your answer and information.
Regarding the spreadsheed widget that we are already using, how can we set predefined options while also having blank spaces for additional entries? Could you please help with this?
We need to have a table like the image below, with predefined values and then in the highlighted yellow spaces have the option (customer) to add new options.
Thanks in advance for your help!Best regards,

Hi Maximiliano,
Unfortunately, it's not possible to set predefined values or dynamically add a new row when using the Spreadsheet widget. As an alternative, you can use the Configurable List widget or Matrix Dynamique widget to allow users to add rows dynamically, but these widgets do not support predefined values.
If you set the first column in the Configurable List widget as a predefined text field, it will apply the same type to any newly added rows. Check out the screencast below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
