Requiero asistencia con la opcion de agregar un campo a el correo de confirmacion para agregar el identificador para cada uno ya que actualmente solo me despliega dos en la lsita de opciones en los campos del formulario:

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, it seems like you are checking the wrong dropdown menu. Let me show you where to find the field list:
- Open your form in the form builder, and click on the Settings from the top orange bar.
- Select Emails from the left side.
- Hover over your Notification and click on the Pen icon.
From here, ensure to click on the blue button with the label Form Fields, under the email content:
You will be able to locate all form fields here.
In case you wish to use a field in your subject, but you are unable to see the field in the dropdown, try to clear cache and cookies from your browser, and then try to add them again. I have also cleared your form cache, which should also help.
