Hi Club_Alpes,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, some payment processors have their own checkout page, and when no payment was made from the checkout page, the payment failed, or if the checkout page is closed without making any payments, the submission gets added to the Incomplete Payments folder of the form.
You can't complete an incomplete payment yourself, the form responder has to fill out the form again and complete a payment, but if you want the incomplete payment to be moved to the main page of the Submission Table, here's let me walk you through how to do that:
- Open the Submission Table.
- Click the three dots beside the table name.
- Select Incomplete Payments from the menu.
- Check the checkbox on the entry you want to complete from the right menu.
- Click on the green Complete button.
- On the modal, click on the Mark as Completed button.
Let us know if you need any more help.
