Por algún motivo no funciona el envío de correo configurado en ninguno de nuestros formularios.
Se registran las respuestas pero no se envían los correos.
Si esto continua así tendremos que buscar otra empresa que les sustituya.

Now, coming back to your question, can you send me the link to a specific form in question so I can take a look at it for you? I checked your account, and it seems that you are using a custom sender address to send the emails. The issue you're experiencing might be related to the custom SMTP settings configured in your form. Can you try using the default Jotform sender address, noreply@jotform.com? Let me show you how to do that:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Pencil icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
4. Go to the Advanced tab, then set the Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com.
