Memoria llena

Espero que se encuentren bien.

Quisiera consultar sobre mi plan Plata, específicamente en relación a la capacidad de memoria:

1. ¿Los 10 GB que tengo disponibles representan el límite máximo anual?
2. En caso de ser progresivo, ¿se renuevan los 10 GB cada año o solo dispongo de esa capacidad durante toda la vigencia del plan?
3. Si elimino todos los envíos almacenados, ¿se liberará espacio y podré reutilizar la memoria disponible?

Agradezco mucho su ayuda para resolver estas dudas.

Now, coming back to your question, The 10 GB storage limit is fixed and does not refresh; you can upgrade to increase the limit or delete submissions to free up space and continue receiving new submissions.

 If you have a File Upload field in your form and the user attaches files and submits it, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted in your upload space. This limit does not reset, you need to delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up the space. Let me show you how:

1. In Tables, hover your cursor over the first column of the submission data and click on the checkbox to select the submission data.
2. On the right side of the screen, click on Delete. Then click on Move to Trash in the window that opens.

Now, let us purge the data:

3. In your Submissions table, click on the Three dots icon beside the form name, then click on Trashed entries

4. The Trashed entries section will show up; click on Select All, then click Delete Forever.
