I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Back to your problem, can you provide the form link you have an issue with? This guide will help you how to do that. Are the submissions you mentioned not being received actually going to your email? If so, could you check if they're in your spam folder? Or, are you receiving the emails but not seeing the submissions in the tables? Can you clarify the exact issue?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Claro no hay problema por ayudarme con el translate, yo también lo uso :)
el formulario que nos está dando problema es este:

Directamente no nos llega nada, ni la respuesta del formulario ni tampoco nada en el e-mail.

Hi Jordina,
Thank you for patiently waiting. I checked your form and can see that there are no submissions yet on the form, the reason why there are no notifications that's been emailed to you. Then, when I cloned your form and tested it, I can see that there's no Submit button available to your form. Maybe this is the reason why responders were not able to submit their form entries. Take a look at the screencast below to see my investigation result:
Now, let me show you how to add back the submit button in to your form:
- In Form Builder, click Add Form Element button in the upper-left corner.
- From Form Elements, look for the Submit element and click or drag and drop to add it to your form.
