    Por favor su apoyo urgente, notificaciones no permiten seleccionar los botones de Aprobacion.

    Escenario se repite en todos los formularios

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. Based on the screenshot provided, it appears that your email client or network has security filters or link protection enabled. Can you confirm which email client you're using?

    In the meantime, ask your IT to whitelist Jotform links. If you're using a work email, ask your IT team to allow Jotform URLs. You can find the complete list in this guide.
