Sorry for the confusion. That top part of the form from your screenshot only appears when you open your form on the browser where your Jotform account is logged in. Don't worry, your form-fillers won't see that part, as they'll only see this:

Sorry, if I understand you correctly, this should not appear from devices that are not logged in, but the truth is that it continues to appear to me whether I am logged in or not. At no time do I see it all orange as you show me in your screenshot.

Hi jotform_somfarmacia,
I opened your form on actual iPhone 11 and iPhone 15 devices, and could not see the white area at the top part. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my results:
On an iPhone 15 device:
On an iPhone 11 device:
It's possible that you're still logged in to your default device, which is why you're still seeing the avatar at the top. I suggest clearing your phone's default browser's cache and cookies, and check it again.
