Estimados, junto con saludar lamento estar molestando con este tema nuevamente, pero generé una nueva versión del formulario INSPECCIONES pero no me llega ningún correo, puesto que realicé una prueba de llenado, en la pantalla de inicio de Jotform aparece que se realizó un formulario pero no me llega al correo, hice dos pruebas con correos diferentes, pensando que quizás sea uno de estos correos el bloqueado, pero tania.vega@subuschile.cl y tvegapardo@gmail.com no han recibido respuesta de inspecciones.
Lo que hice fue clonar la versión 02 de inspecciones y crear una nueva, la versión 03 puesto que incorporé nuevos cuadros de llenado.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Autoresponder Email is only triggered when Terminal is equal to San Alfonso, while the Notification Email will only send if Cargo is equal to Prevencionista de Riesgo. See following screenshot:
Let me show you how to fix it, you should add a condition for when the opposite of the condition happens. Here's how:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top navigation bar.
2. Select Conditions from the left menu.3. Find any of the conditions for Change Email, hover on it and click the Gear icon.
4. Click Clone, then click the Pencil button.
5. Change the State to Is not Equal to, and find the Same Value as the original condition and click Save.The clone for the Autoresponder Email should look as the screenshot below. The Email field should be replaced by your recipient's email, or if you want to use the value of CORREO ELECTRÓNICO, then put {correoElectronico}:
The clone of the Notification Email should look as follows:

Estimado, realicé los cambios que me indica pero de todas formas no me llego nada al correo, de todas formas este error solo sucede conmigo, las otras personas que llenan el formulario no presentan este error.

I checked your form, and it currently shows it has only 1 submission. Can you check again by making a test submission? I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. If the issue persists, will you allow us to make a test submission on your form? We can also check your account for you, so we can investigate further. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
