Estamos buscando que el cliente pueda editar sus respuestas, así como lo permite google forms pero solo con mails de marca gmail. Estamos buscando un sistema que admita a otros usuarios de mail con el mismo servicio. Muchas gracias

Hi Alejandra,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Jotform also gives form respondents the option to edit their submissions via an edit link, which can be shared through email. If you only want Gmail users to edit their responses, we can set up two Autoresponder, one with the edit link and one without. Then, we'll configure conditional logic so that if the respondent's email is a Gmail address, they will receive the email containing the edit link. Let me show you how:
Let's start by adding a new autoresponder.. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Click Add an email, then select Autoresponder Email.
- In the Email Content section, click on Form Fields, select the Edit Link, and then click Save to apply the changes.
Next, we'll add a Change Email Recipient condition, so that if the email address contains gmail, the autoresponder with the edit link will be sent. Let me walk you through it:- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the panel on the left side of the screen, select Conditions.
- Select Change Email Recipient and then set your conditions just like you see below.
- Then, click on Save and you’re done.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
