Favor colaborarnos para migrar el siguiente formulario de la cuenta academy@doncella.com.do al nuevo correo yajairalebron@doncella.com.do. Esto a razón de que el mismo fue actualizado y el dominio de la cuenta anterior será inhabilitada.

Now, coming back to your question, We can transfer the form to another account. Note that once forms are transferred from your account to another account, that person becomes the new owner of those forms. This means that the transfer can’t be reversed unless the new owner provides explicit approval to return the forms to your account. If you're using a custom URL for your forms, the new owner will also have to set them up again because the old custom URL won’t work after the transfer. If this is ok with you, we’ll go ahead with transferring the forms.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

As per checking, there is no account created with the email yajairalebron@doncella.com.do. Can you please ask them to sign up for an account first so we can proceed with the transfer?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
