Hi Experienciareto1,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your question or concern, I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Meanwhile, let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Experienciareto1,
Take note that when you've integrated Google Drive into your form, you'll need to submit the form to send the data to the integrated Google Drive; that's why it's counted as a submission. You can check out our guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits for more information. Also, if you've decided to delete the submission in Jotform Tables, take note that the deleted form submissions will still be on your Trashed entries in Jotform Tables; it'll take 30 days to be completely deleted. You can manually delete them from your Trashed entries; you can check out our guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data for more information. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon on your preferred Table tab on the green navigation bar.
2. Click on Trashed Entries below Archived Entries.3. Tick the checkbox labeled Select All on the Trash modal.
4. Click on Delete Forever on the right part of the screen. That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Experienciareto1,
When you integrate your form with Google Drive or another service, the files are not uploaded directly to Google Drive. Instead, they are first saved on the Jotform server, and then a copy of the file is sent to Google Drive. If you need to free up upload space, you can delete submissions. You can refer to the response from my colleague earlier for instructions on how to delete submissions. If you prefer not to delete the submissions, you have the option to delete only the attachments. Let me show you how:
1. Go to My Forms.
2. Choose the form and click on Submission from the toolbar to open Jotform Tables.
3. Now, click on the cell that has an attachment, and then in the popup that shows up, click on the Delete icon.
4. Finally, click on the Delete File(s) button on the confirmation box.
That's it. The attachment will be deleted and free up the upload limit.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
