    Hi Israel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Sure, they can enable the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature to add the generated Authentication when they try to log in to their account. Let me show you how to enable it:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture.
    2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Security tab.
    4. Now, Toggle the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to the Blue color to enable it.

You can use the Authenticator App to receive verification codes from it on your mobile device. Also, there are fixed codes that can be generated and used if you don't have a mobile device to receive the authentication code.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I don't want to protect access to my account. What I want to know is if there is any mechanism to ensure that the correct people use my form. I have the following form (https://form.jotform.com/242803574545662), which should only be used by my sales team, who are part of my organization. But analyzing the worst case scenario, this link can fall into the hands of anyone and use it to send me forms. In my case, I assigned the form to certain email addresses so that you can do it from your application. But I would like to know if there is another security mechanism?

    Hi Israel,

Since you assigned the form to your Sales Team, no one can submit the form from other teams can't access the form. I checked your form and noticed that it is set to public currently. You should set the access to Private, so the assigned users only can submit the form. Let me show you how to set the form as Private:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Click on Public Form next to Share With Link, and then select Private Form in the window that opens.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
