Buenas tardes,
Seguí las instrucciones que me dieron pero al momento de intentar crear mi cuenta con el mismo correo salida.prieto@ecopetrol.com.co el sistema me informa que ya existe una cuenta vinculada a ese correo (ver imagen adjunta).Podrían borrar la cuenta asociada a mi correo para asi poderme registrar o cómo pueden ayudarme?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, going back to your request, upon checking the email salida.prieto@ecopetrol.com.co, it is not associated with any account. With the email saida.prieto@ecopetrol.com.co that you provided on the screenshot you shared, the email address is not registered with any Jotform account, and is only associated with a Guest account. I already went ahead and unlinked the email from the Guest account. Can you try Signing Up for a New Account now?
