Hi auxadmonreservadelmar,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I can see that you have reached your upload space limit. The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If you have a File Upload field in your form and the user attaches files to the field and submits it, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted to your upload space. This limit does not reset; you need to upgrade to increase your limit or delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up the space. Let me show you how:
- In Tables, hover your cursor over the first column of the submission data and click on the checkbox to select the submission data.
- On the right side of the screen, click on Delete. Then click on Move to Trash in the window that opens.
Now, let us purge the data:
3. In your Submissions table, click on the Three dots icon beside the form name, then click on Trashed entries
4. The Trashed entries section will show up; click on Select All, then click Delete Forever.
We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check out. To avoid losing any data, you can first download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
2. Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
3. Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
To learn more about the account limits, I suggest looking into our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
Let us know if you need any other help.
