Please note that our Zoom integration only schedules meetings or registers participants for existing webinars, sending their data to Zoom. It does not automatically send the Zoom link to registrants after submission, as this is done manually; Jotform cannot determine the created Zoom link. You can check our integration guide again for Zoom as a reference.
As a workaround, you can add the Zoom link to your autoresponder Email. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
- In the Email content under the email option, type or paste your Zoom meeting link. Then, Click on Save. That's it.
