Hi Jhonatan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, it's currently not possible to publish Jotform Apps in the App Store or the Google Play Store because the apps are progressive web apps. A progressive web app (PWA) is essentially a website that behaves like a mobile app on an end user’s smartphone.
The best way to download your app is by using the Publish section in App Builder. Let me walk you through it:
- On your My Apps page, hover your mouse over the app, and click on Edit on the right side.
- In App Builder, click on Publish in the purple navigation bar at the top part of the page.
- Under Quick Share, you have the options which are to copy the app link, share it via Invite by Email, and share the app link in various social posts and through a QR Code.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
