Hola,
Muchas gracias.

Hi Enrique,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your request, you can create an Appointment Scheduling form and integrate it with Google Calendar easily. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Select Integrations on the left, and search and find the Google Calendar integration.
- Under Choose an action, select one, and click on the Next button below.
- Click on Authenticate below, and that's it.
You can get more information on our guide on How to Integrate Your Form With Google Calendar.
Reach out to us again if you have any other questions.

Hi Arthur,
I'm using Google Translate (in case you see something strange).
Thanks for your reply and instructions.
I've tried workflow + form integration with Google Calendar. It works halfway, that is, it would be good to have these features, especially the first one, otherwise it makes no sense to have the form integrated with Calendar.
I find this first one essential for a minimum of good functionality and form management:
-That Jotform both adds events to a calendar and detects if there are already other events as "busy" so that it does not show availability in that time slot. That is, that it not only detects events created from Jotform itself.
-That other Google calendars can be integrated (from the same account or others) to take into account the occupancy-availability.
-When creating a meeting in Zoom, the email that reaches the client is already with all the data + link of the Zoom meeting.-
Create a reminder (integration) with Trello to be able to follow up.-Integration: create a contact in the linked Google account. This way I can also send reminders via WhatsApp.-(I don't know if this is possible): In automation, integration with WhatsApp to also send reminders via WhatsApp (almost essential nowadays). Please, I beg you to implement this first functionality as soon as possible, we have needed to use forms for appointment requests for a long time and without it it is not feasible for us to use it. We are using Appointlet.
Thank you very much for your attention.

Hi EnriqueAguilarEsc,
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
