¿Cómo restaurar el formulario eliminado?

Sin querer se me borraron dos formularios muy importantes. Como puedo recuperarlos? tenía la base de datos de pedidos

Now, coming back to your question, keep in mind that if the form has been deleted within the last 30 days, you will still be able to restore it together with the submission data. It's easy to do, let me show you how:

1. On the My Forms page, click on the Trash folder on the lower left.
2. Hover your mouse on the deleted form and click Restore.
