Buenos días.
De forma espontánea, nuestro principal formulario está pidiendo resolver un captcha. Necesitamos eliminar esta medida puesto que nos ralentiza y no la consideramos necesaria.
¿Hay que agregar IPs de confianza, una lista blanca o algo parecido para evitar el captcha?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, please note that if we receive multiple submissions to one network/IP address then spam protection/reCaptcha will be triggered even if you did not add any Captcha widget to your form. To remove the captcha, the form needs to be whitelisted. So, I whitelisted your account, can you confirm if the captcha has been removed?
