Hi TU_hipotek
To make sure we understand your question correctly, do you want to import your Google Form and convert it to a Jotform form? If yes, I can walk you through it:
1. Go to Google Forms migration portal, and click the Migrate Your Forms to Jotform button.
2. Click on the Allow button on the next pop-up window.
3. Agree to Jotform’s Privacy Policy by clicking on Continue.
4. On the Google Apps Script portal, click on the Review Permission button.
5. You may be required to log in to your Google account in which you created your Google Forms. But if you’ve already logged in prior, you only need to select it from the screen.
6. Click on the Allow button to allow Jotform access to your Google forms.
Once the Google authentication is complete, close the page to return to the migration page.
7. You’ll see a table on the migration page with your list of Google forms and their total submissions. Select the form you wish to import.
8. Lastly, click on the Migrate button. You should see the progress and the confirmation after that. Go back to the My Forms page to see the forms.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
