Hi JhonattanCabralesLara,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, currently, there's no direct feature that limits a specific email that can fill out the form. But I can see here that you have already enabled the Disable Free Addresses option on the form. Usually, this is one of the options, if you don't have to accept free domains such as Gmail.
Or you can create a condition that will hide the Submit button or the rest of the fields when your email address field entered value does not contain the domain or the email address on your list. Here's a sample condition:
But I can see here that you've already set up a condition to show Page 2 of the form where the email field contains a specific email address.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
