Hello aesm0321,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I see that the email addresses co*rd*n*d*r.gm@*93s*c*r*ty.com, j*ffr*.or*z*o@gm.com, and s*p*rv*s*r.se*ur*d*d@gm.com were all on the bounce list. I went ahead and removed the addresses from the bounce list, and emails should be delivered again. If there are others who are unable to receive emails, reach out and provide their email addresses so we can look into it for you.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

O en su defecto, si tienes acceso a toda la lista, por favor elimina de esta lista, todas las direcciones de e-mail que terminen en "@gm.com" y en "@593security.com".
Muchas gracias -

Hi aesm0321,
There are several reasons why your email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server might be unavailable, your email server rejected emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full, or Jotform is on your deny list. Jotform will stop sending emails when your email address is on the bounce list.
But I'd also like to mention that we had a known issue earlier today related to email bouncing. But we just heard from our Developers that the issue has been resolved, as the email addresses were already removed from the bounce list.
As for the email addresses that you sent me, only the three email addresses below were added to our bounce list, which I have already removed, so they should be able to receive Jotform emails again.
Currently, there's no way for you to check whether email addresses are in the bounce list, except for your own account email address. If the owners of the email addresses have their own Jotform account, they can check if their email address is in the bounce list through their Account Settings page, and remove it from the list. Here's how to do that:
1. Go to Account Settings, and click on the Check button in the Bounce List section.
2. Click on the Remove From Bounce List button if your email address is on the bounce list.
If your email addresses, which are of the same domain, keep being added to the bounce list, we highly suggest reaching out to your email provider, and request to whitelist all Jotform IP addresses and Domains. Additionally, you can give them these reasons that we got why the email address were added to the bounce list:
Reason(s) : bounced (host mx2.imr.gm.com[198.208.56.35] said: 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected. (in reply to RCPT TO command))
Reason(s) : bounced (host mx1.imr.gm.com[198.208.69.107] said: 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected. (in reply to RCPT TO command))
Reason(s) : bounced (host mx1.imr.gm.com[198.208.69.109] said: 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected. (in reply to RCPT TO command))
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
