No se pueden recibir correos electrónicos de notificación

    Hola, buen dia.

    tengo el siguiente problema, tengo agregados 3 correos destinatarios para que le lleguen las notificacion de los formularios, pero al completar el formulario no le llegan los correos a los destinatarios

    Now, coming back to your question, I have checked the emails you have added in the notification email and saw that all 3 of them were on our bounce list due to the reason mentioned below.

    The bounce list is a list to which an email address is added when an email can't be delivered. This could be due to various reasons such as a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server rejecting the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox being full, or Jotform being on your blacklist.

    I've removed those emails from the bounce list. You can only remove the email address associated with your account from the bounce list, we have a guide on that here. To avoid bounce related issue, for your form's notification and confirmation emails, you can also set up SMTP or use a custom email address.
