Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.     Now, coming back to your question, Is there something we could have done better? What specifically was it about the product that was not capable of fulfilling your requirements? We’re always looking for customer feedback we can use to improve, so anything you can tell us is helpful.

    To request a refund fill out the refund request form and you will receive an email confirmation. Expect the refund to reflect on your account in 7 to 10 business days. Your account will be downgraded to the Starter plan(Free plan).

    Al llenar el formulario de solicitud en cuanto le doy continuar me sale solo la pantalla en blanco, me podría ayudar, de verdad necesito el rembolso ya que es un gasto que no puedo darme, pensé que estaba en pesos mexicanos en vez de dolares.     Hi Cindy,

    I checked your account and saw that it's already downgraded to Starter (Free) plan, and a refund of $59.00 USD has already been refunded. It should reflect in your statement of account in 7 to 10 business days. You can also check your invoice in your Account Settings. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab, and scroll down a bit to the Invoices section
    4. Now, either click on your Invoice IDs to see the details or the Download icon on the right side of them.
