    Hola,

    No se están generando todos los correos electrónicos de formulario HCR. El dia de hoy no se han generado todos los correos.

    The problem has been partially solved, the email to mvilla@eminsg.cl, which is programmed as notification 1, is not sent. It only reaches the emails indicated in the conditions.

    Hi Mario,

    Just to confirm, only mvilla@eminsg.cl is not receiving notification emails right? After checking our system, I can confirm that this email is not on our bounce list and also, I can see here that a notification email was sent to this recipient dated 10/16/2024 which means this email is receiving notification email. Keep in mind that the notification email won't be sent to the recipients if the conditions set is not met. As a precaution, I have cleared your forms' cache to refresh your forms.

    Can you try again and see how it goes? If you ran into the same issue, we will be investigating on this further.

    All the email addresses have the same bounce reason. The issue arises from the email being blocked by your mail server due to Jotform's IP address being listed on Spamhaus, a service that monitors IPs for spam-related activity. This means that the email was rejected because the server considered it to be coming from an IP flagged for suspicious behavior. Jotform’s IP addresses were temporarily blocked, which caused the bounce. This is an external issue, not caused by Jotform, and it can be resolved by requesting removal from Spamhaus Removal.

    I’ve gone ahead and removed your email from the bounce list. You should now receive emails when someone submits your form. To prevent the email from being added to the bounce list again, you can contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains on your 'eminsg.cl' and 'emin.cl' domain server. You can also try adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email Contact List to avoid email bouncing related issues. Another option is to configure your email notifications to use your own SMTP server.
